Suggested Scenic Drives & Tours From Kangaroo Valley

Mountains to the Sea - South Coast Scenic Drive
Leave Crystal Creek Meadows and drive up through Fitzroy Falls to appreciate the awesome view from the escarpments and the 230 metre waterfall.
Then drive to Robertson and stop for morning coffee, followed by a leisurely drive to Kiama for lunch.
After lunch, drive up to Berry where you can pause for some shopping or enjoy afternoon tea. Finally, drive back to your cottage through the South Coast rainforest.
Bushwalking, Wildlife & Historic Southern Highlands Tour
Another suggested drive is up through Fitzroy Falls again, take a marked walk and see the wild fauna (including a duckbilled platypus if you're lucky), then make your way to the Bradman Oval and Museum to enjoy morning coffee.
Then drive via Mittagong and stop at Berrima for lunch and to stroll around this very pretty village with Australia's oldest pub and antique shops.
On your return trip stop off at Berkelouw's Book Barn & Cafe for afternoon tea and to browse their immense collection of over 200,000 secondhand and collectible books.
Nature, History & Dolphin Watching Day Tour Jervis Bay and South Coast NSW
Start with a scenic drive to Cambewarra Lookout where you can view almost 110km of coast from a height of 650 metres.
Then drive down through Nowra and check out Meroogal - a Historic Houses Trust property built in 1886 and the home of four generations of women. Meroogal has charming character and houses a wonderful collection giving insight into Australian womens' lives through the decades.
Afterwards, travel east to Jervis Bay and stop in Huskisson for a light lunch overlooking the sea. Then take a 2 hour Dolphin Watching cruise. On return you can stop off at the Huskisson pub for an early tipple before making your way back to Kangaroo Valley.
Winery Tour - South Coast Scenic Tourist Drive
Crystal Creek Meadows can personalise a winery tour for you. A suggested winery itinerary is to first visit Bundewallah Estate, set in 173 acres of rainforest. Junette will present their charming wines, tasting takes place at the cellar where the wine is made and stored.
Then drive to historic Berry where you can take time out for a little shopping in the antique stores. After your stop at Berry, turn south and stop off at the award winning Cambewarra Estate, 15 minutes south.
Cambewarra Estate has won a Double Gold in the US for its Botrytis Chardonnay, Bronze for its Verdelo, three bronze medals for its Port and an overall 90/100 score by James Halliday. At the cellar door, Louise Cole will be delighted to arrange wine tasting. A light ploughman's lunch can be served overlooking the vineyard.
After lunch you can head north west to Lyrebird Ridge Organic Winery. Then take the Mount Skanzi Road to Kangaroo Valley, a lovely drive over the mountain and drive on up to Yarrawa Estate Winery where Sue & Mark have created a little piece of heaven. You can wander through the citrus trees to the vines and savour the wine tasting as you overlook Kangaroo Valley in the late afternoon.
For a special detour, you can visit Bundanon, the estate and art collections left by Arthur and Yvonne Boyd. Bundanon houses a unique collection of cultural and environmental assets and is only a short distance from Cambewarra Estate.
