Kangaroo Valley Shoalhaven NSW South Coast Shopping
Turn left from Crystal Creek Meadows Country Accommodation and pop down to Kangaroo Valley (3 km) which has a small but tasteful selection of antique, pottery and furnishing shops which will provide you with both local crafts (handmade wooden homeware and lead lighting) to stylish pots and bowls. You can spend a gentle afternoon stroll through the unhurried atmosphere and enjoy tea/coffee at one of the many Kangaroo Valley cafés along the way.
Turn right out of the property and drive over to Berry where you will be rewarded with a wide selection of antique shops, furnishing stores and cafés and one of the very best gourmet deli stores on the NSW South Coast.
Berry Country Fair & Berry Flea Markets
First Sunday of every month is the Berry Country Fair at the Berry Showgrounds and the third Sunday has the Berry Flea Markets outside the Great Southern Hotel.

Berkelouw's Book Barn & Café
Berkelouw's Book Barn & Café has over 200,000 secondhand books, prints and rare specialty and early out-of-print titles. The antiquarian book department carries over 40,000 rare volumes including a first edition of Governor Arthur Phillip's Voyage to Botany Bay, original 18th century maps, a collection of mid 19th century historical photographs and Iam Fleming's first James Bond novel "Casino Royale".
You can browse the volumes, curl up in a chair by the fire and read while enjoying coffee and homemade cakes. Berkelouw's is a converted hayloft so you look out onto paddocks with cows, trees and distant views.

Crystal Creek Meadows Country Accommodation in Kangaroo Valley is fortunate indeed to be located so close to the lovely vineyards of the Shoalhaven region of NSW. The moderate South Eastern Australian climate encourages fresh light and delicate white wines and soft elegant reds - absolutely delicious. Although only declared an official wine region in 2002, the earliest known planting dates back to 1864. Many of the local vineyards produce highly acclaimed award winning Australian wines.
